My name’s Scott Hayse. I was an owner-operator trucker, working hard on the road, trying to make a living. But you know what I wasn’t doing?

I wasn’t home.

I missed out on time with my son. Cattle shows, school events, even just walking the woods on the farm, hunting, or working cattle together—gone.

I’d get home exhausted, and when we did have time together, I’d have to tell him, "No, we can’t afford that.”

That cut deep.

And as if that wasn’t tough enough, I watched my retirement start to shrink just trying to keep my family above water and my truck on the road. Every time I thought I was getting ahead, something would knock me back down.

I thought about my dad. He worked 37 years at Ford. Though he had a good retirement set up. But guess what? It wasn’t enough. He still had to get a job just to make ends meet.

That’s when it hit me: I was on the same path.

I was working myself into the ground, sacrificing my time with my family, and for what? To maybe retire one day, only to find out it still wasn’t enough?

That wasn’t gonna be my future.

I made a choice, a different path.

People told me I was crazy. Said I had a good job and should just “stick with it.” When I said I was gonna make money online, they laughed.

But I didn’t listen.

Fast forward to today I’ve sold my truck, I’m finally home, and I’m building a future I never thought possible.
